Nice idea-
I saw this on TV and thought it was something unique. Reminded me a bit of RAOK (Random Acts of Kindness).
Nice benefit for the "victims." However, I wonder what it was that came over the "former" pick-pockets to make them start moving valuables the opposite direction.
